We understand that life happens. Our standard policy requires 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid fees. However, because we’re so close to Broadway, we can often accommodate same-week reschedules if another slot is available on our route. Illness-related cancellations are always fee-exempt. Just call or message our office as soon as you know your plans have changed.
