Access may be provided by:
- Door code
- Garage code
- Lockbox
- Other approved entry instructions
We do not carry client keys. Access must be available on-site.
If we arrive and cannot enter, and no alternative access is provided, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged.
