Minimal prep is needed! Just ensure access is available (door code, garage code, or lockbox) and that pets are either friendly with visitors or secured. Tidying personal items like clothing and toys from floors helps our technicians clean more efficiently — we clean surfaces, not clutter. If you want areas behind furniture or appliances cleaned, please move them beforehand as we’re not liable for damage from moving heavy objects. Otherwise, just leave the rest to us!
