Our Move In/Out Clean includes the items listed below cleaned BY HAND with primary emphasis and focus on removing deep build-up.

All Rooms/Common Areas

  • Baseboards wet wiped by hand
  • Walls dusted / wiped if needed
  • Blinds dusted: Wide wood/plastic slats: Swiffer, feather dust, or wet wipe each slat. Thin plastic type: Swiffer/feather dust only.
  • Furniture dusted (if left in house)
  • General straightening up
  • Lamps dusted (if applicable)
  • Upholstered furniture vacuumed
  • Light fixtures dusted/wiped (no chandeliers)
  • Pictures dusted & mirrors cleaned
  • Trash emptied

Access and Cleaning Limitations

Ladder & Reach Policy: We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.

*Labor Time Definition: One labor hour means one technician working for one hour. Add-on labor time is added to the base labor estimate.

**Mini-Blinds Policy: We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive buildup may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service.

***Dust Resettlement: Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this.

****Heavy Lifting: Technicians do not move furniture or appliances. They will clean visible, accessible areas by hand or with an extension duster where possible. (*Client must move refrigerator ahead of time if pulling out is requested).
